“We had an amazing stay at this Newport Beach rental—check-in was incredibly easy, and the host’s communication was excellent with quick response times. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and all toiletries, which made our stay so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, with a spacious patio that was perfect for relaxing and hanging out.”

“We stayed here as a family of nine and it was the perfect home base in Newport Beach. The location is amazing — a short walk to the pier, beach, boardwalk, coffee, and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and be together. We celebrated our daughter’s MBA graduation and enjoyed a special family dinner here, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a true Newport experience.”

“Great floor plan and plenty of room for our extended family. Fire pit on patio is a nice touch, as is the air hockey table. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, whole house was nicely designed, and it is a great location to/from airport, the beach and to and from Orange for our Chapman student. Only suggestion I have is to clean or replace upstairs carpets. We would stay again!”
