“This was a nice layout for two couples for a weekend stay. A great room concept which makes the most of space. We were very comfortable in the evening sitting around in the kitchen/family room area. It is steps from the Harbor walk and there are many amenities a short distance away as well as all the Lido area has to offer with a 20 minute walk. This unit is part of several units in one building; it is a second floor unit that attaches to another unit at the main bedroom. As such you can hear the neighbors in the attached unit when it is quiet, and you are in bed. That could be fixed by putting soundproof wood slats on the wall at the head of the bed. All in all a very good experience in a great location.”

“We stayed here as a family of nine and it was the perfect home base in Newport Beach. The location is amazing — a short walk to the pier, beach, boardwalk, coffee, and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and be together. We celebrated our daughter’s MBA graduation and enjoyed a special family dinner here, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a true Newport experience.”
