“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely North Napa home. The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is cheerfully decorated with a nice layout, comfortable beds, and less than 1 minute from Rt. 29. Nikki, the property manager, was very pleasant and responsive. We had a 10-hour neighborhood-wide power outage one day; we had to pull a cord to open the electric garage door to get our car out. When we were unable to reset the door opener, Nikki immediately had someone come out to fix the garage door. The 2 internet TVs were the biggest diappointment; there was no cable TV service. I was unsuccessful getting my local cable service on either TV. While dishes, flatware, and glasses were ample, the kitchen was missing some basic items such as serving platters, baking dishes or plastic containers for leftovers. The outdoor grill had no propane tank so we never got to use the grill. There was no outdoor lounge chair. Overall, we were very happy there and would return.”
