“We recently stayed at this vacation rental and overall had a nice experience. The property was very clean when we arrived, and the view was absolutely beautiful—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. The beds were not the most comfortable, which made it a little difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also found ourselves needing to make a trip to the store to purchase several basic items that we expected might already be available at the rental. Additionally, the golf cart struggled quite a bit when going uphill, which was somewhat inconvenient. Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and stunning scenery. With a few improvements, this could be an even better vacation spot.”

“This condo is beautiful, first of all. It is secluded in Hamilton Cove, yet just a 7 minute golf cart ride to downtown Avalon (golf cart included). We went back and forth to the condo from Avalon multiple times a day, it felt so easy. The condo itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious. One of the bedrooms is attached to the living room with a folding pocket partition. This was no issue at all for our family - one kid slept in the bed and the other on one of the pullout sofas and they chose to keep the partition open to feel closer together. Also, both sofas fold out into spacious sleepers! The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and all the appliances and dishware you could need. They had a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. One final highlight of the golf cart. It worked great and is such a fun and easy way to get around the island. To fill it up again at the end you have to go to Santa Catalina Island Gas Station, which is on the opposite side of Avalon. So wonderful!”

“It has beautiful views of the ocean, we loved waking up and hearing the waves. The golf cart was wonderful. The last 2 mornings we did hear footsteps above that woke us up. The place was great and roomy.”
