“Really enjoyed our stay here. Nancy’s communication was great and made the whole process easy as it could be. Loved the place. It and the location were perfect. Also, for those worried about parking, besides the reserved spot, there is also an overflow lot that is behind the building. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and it was still easy to get an extra spot.”

“The condo was very nice, great views! It's dated, but still nice overall. It did lack kitchen necessities such as hand soap, etc, but when asked, they responded quickly to resolve the problem. There was only 1 wash cloth in the kitchen and they lacked wine glasses and cocktail glasses...plastic would have been a good idea. The linens in the closet (extra comforter) were stained and quite honestly, nasty looking! The complex itself had issues with the palapas (missing tops) so we didn't have shade on some of the tables, the floating jump pad/dock was 100 yards from the beach location so it couldn't be utilized because property management hadn't moved it back for the Memorial Day weekend. We couldn't use the spa because there was apparently some issues with the chemicals and filters; this affected ALL of the guests, we were all quite upset. One of the homeowners said that someone had apparently past away unfortunately a week or so prior to our arrival.”

“We had an amazing stay at Hamilton Cove on Catalina Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had incredible ocean views that made the whole trip feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Avalon to enjoy restaurants, shops, and activities. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, and the golf cart access made getting around the island fun and convenient. We especially loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings taking in the scenery. Overall, this was the perfect island getaway and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing Catalina vacation!”
