“The place was outstanding! The views were spectacular! The golf cart caused us no troubles and was well used by us for dinners, shopping, exploring, and anywhere we wanted to go! The minor issues were the most foul smelling dishwasher. There was clearly something rotting in it for days. We called about it and several small items like blinds not hung up, etc. Though they do have 7 day customer service they are clearly not near the property, and obviously rely on the contracted cleaners and repairmen. With that said we ran an empty cycle of the dishwasher, and it cleared the smell up. The dishwasher is well past it's use, and we had to hand wash all dishes, which is fine, but they give you only 2 dish towels and no dish drainer. It was an inconvenience, but manageable; however important enough for the host to maybe consider fixing. We hung the blinds ourselves, and they seemed to stay, not sure why it was off. Noone ever came the whole week we were there to fix anything!”

“There's literally not enough room to write everything that went wrong with this room. We booked based on the description which included the words PRIVATE BALCONY several times. Just know it is a SHARED balcony between 4 units. Shoving a bbq between units to claim it's a private balcony. Day 1 neighbor walked in front of our bedroom to call to her friend. We woke up to ants crawling all over the bathroom. Then in the kitchen and COUCH. Towels and sheets stained with blood or other bodily fluids. Hot water mostly didn't work. The shower was disgusting upon arrival. So bad they sent someone to clean it again. Dishes had put away with dried food. The fans were broken and it was MISERABLY HOT in the bedroom. Also if you enjoy your whole room smelling like weed leave your balcony doors open. None of the noise or smoking rules enforced. We asked for a full refund. We got less than half of that. Do yourself a favor book somewhere else and with a different rental company.”

“One of the cheaper places, but due to inconsiderate management, poor golf cart conditions, and un flexible check-in times I would say pay the difference to go somewhere else”

“This place was beautiful and comfortable. Our group had 3 and we had more than enough space to enjoy the condo fully. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The golf cart was great and allowed us a lot of autonomy. If I could pick out one negative, not even particularly negative, is the messages from the host are to the point where it became distracting. I’m sure it has to do with the management for the rental but it got to the point that I had to request no more messages. Apart from that I would have no problem staying at this location again.”

“The condo was very nice, great views! It's dated, but still nice overall. It did lack kitchen necessities such as hand soap, etc, but when asked, they responded quickly to resolve the problem. There was only 1 wash cloth in the kitchen and they lacked wine glasses and cocktail glasses...plastic would have been a good idea. The linens in the closet (extra comforter) were stained and quite honestly, nasty looking! The complex itself had issues with the palapas (missing tops) so we didn't have shade on some of the tables, the floating jump pad/dock was 100 yards from the beach location so it couldn't be utilized because property management hadn't moved it back for the Memorial Day weekend. We couldn't use the spa because there was apparently some issues with the chemicals and filters; this affected ALL of the guests, we were all quite upset. One of the homeowners said that someone had apparently past away unfortunately a week or so prior to our arrival.”

“I expected a place like this to have at least coffee , also the soap was very watered down , arrived at the place to find kitchen sink clogged so I called to report it and they called me back to let me know that they informed the maintenance team and no one showed up then about an hour later they requested that I send them pictures of the clogged sink, than I was told how I can clear it myself, all this took place when You would expect that when you arrive in an Air bnb to relax, then we spotted roach on the kitchen counter so i called again and I was told that someone will come the next day to spray but we have to leave the place for 4 hours, in closing for the amount of money they charge I expected a better place cleaner where I can relax not to clear kitchen sinks, location is nice but service sucks”

“Our stay was fine, in a convenient spot without any significant issues. The company running the place checked in frequently but didn’t seem to have personal knowledge of the space or what was available at our specific location. They called us multiple times to ask us to check for certain amenities, despite us telling them we were offsite and weren’t able to do so. Bathtubs also don’t have functional drains which made it difficult to bathe young kids. Lots of games to play, but none of which were complete sets.”

“Area was really good and close to the beach and lots of good restaurants, however, I was not informed that my family and I were going to share o rir backyard with other guests. There was an ADU in the back and there were guests on that house sharing our backyard and the jacuzzi. That made my kids and myself very uncomfortable. So I will not rent there ever again.”

“No soap in the showers. Had to drink wine out of beer pint glasses. One beach chair for 4 people. No beach towels. We did a lot of store runs to buy stuff. View was nice though. I won’t be renting from here again…”

“The location was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the balcony was the best part! But the property was messy and dirty - there was hair on the floor and furniture, the furniture had stains and the couch was not comfortable, the towels were old and had stains as well, and there were objects on the balcony that didn't belong (such as, an old screen door hanging off from the balcony). Overall, we loved the location, but the property needs more maintenance and attention to detail regarding cleanliness and clutter.”
