“Spacious for the price and a good location. The building and property in general are pretty sad, really the kind of place that should be demoed to make room for something nicer, but overall has everything you need.”

“We had a great stay! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The hosts even provided coffee and other basic essentials, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it.”

“Chris was extremely quick to respond to questions/complaints. Would grade reactive response as an "A". Would grade proactive actions by Coasting Properties as an "F". Fast reaction wasn't able to fix the primary problem for our stay which was cockroaches. Treatments take up to a week to fully work. When we arrived, we were initially put off by the condition of the yard (knee high grass and weeds) and overflowing trash cans. Chris did get the yard cut the morning after complaint and had exterminator there in hours of cockroach report. I had to hunt down the primary trash can and deal with that issue. Checking garbage and yard status seems like a reasonable expectation of managers. Overflowing garbage cause the cockroaches??? Inside was clean. Also had internet problems. Fixed the issue myself then reported. Property had two WiFi devices providing the same WiFi name. One without internet. Improper setup. Seems that a management company would have things done correctly.”
