Our group of 8 families stayed here. The owners are very friendly. The 8 clean rooms with wooden floors and attached baths provided great privacy, with nice river and Antioch Bridge views. However, listing photos are misleading: the exterior shows the wedding hall, not the house, an air hockey table doesn't exist, and a card table is falsely pictured to be in the dining area. The kitchen and common areas are very small for 8 families. Access requires 3 flights of stairs, and the stair carpets felt old and dank. The ping pong tables and paddles were old and very worn out. The area is isolated and extremely windy—which makes sense given the nearby wind farms. With so little to do locally, we drove to Brentwood and Sacramento for activities, and ultimately checked out after 2 nights of our 3-night stay because of the lack of entertainment. At over $200/room/night, it feels overpriced. Great for event guests, but I wouldn't recommend it as a standalone vacation spot.

Loved this tiny home!! Great use of space, incredibly comfy bed, gorgeous backyard and so peaceful! If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we know where we will be going! Thank you Oscar and Nicole for an excellent time (and for helping us when I messed up on the check in 😅) 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing stay here with a group of 7 families. The layout was perfect for a large gathering. Each family had their own private room and bathroom, plus play room and a spacious common living area where everyone could relax together comfortably. The property is beautiful, with balcony views of the river and vineyard that create a peaceful atmosphere. The 30-acre lot feels open and relaxing, with access to a lovely river walk nearby. It is also close to Rio Vista, such a gem of a town, right by the Sacramento River delta. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We had an issue with one of the TVs, and the owner delivered a brand new TV at a very short notice. They were friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to help with any questions we had. The property has an incredible vibe for group gatherings and celebrations. There is also an event hall next to the property, which makes it feel like a perfect venue for weddings, and such. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the tiny home. It was exactly as described, and the patio work station was a great feature. Watching the sunset from the patio chairs in the evening was beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the stay was very peaceful. Oscar was also very helpful and responsive throughout our visit.

My girlfriend gave me a list of priorities for a weekend getaway which were; dog friendly, hot tub, cute, and somewhere warm. The cabin hit on all of those traits. Our pugs had the best time lounging on the deck and didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out. The cabin was incredibly cute and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The hot tub was great. The temp adjustments were a little confusing at first but really simple once I figured it out. We really appreciated the recommendations in the binder and the guest passes. The coyote cave swimming hole was truly spectacular and well worth the hike. The only negative was that the couch wasn't the most appealing place to sit, this wasn't a major factor in our stay as we didn’t really watch any tv and threw down some blankets when we did sit on it. A tip for future guests is to bring your own pillow if you don’t like extra firm and puffy pillows. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this cabin.

Clean, cozy, rustic cabin in the middle of Big trees . We had a wonderful stay. Love that deck where we had bbq grill & meals shared with family. Joe also promptly replied to all our queries . Will definitely consider coming back , maybe with a winter view .

This home & the entire experience was so fantastic. I booked the home for a camp themed bachelorette trip, & it blew the girls away! We all agreed that we’ve never stayed in a cleaner & cuter house. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Beds & couches are incredibly comfortable, the deck is huge & was great for us to socialize. The hot tub was TOO COOL! It feels very safe in the neighborhood as well. I will be back with my family as soon as I can. Thanks again!!

Very pleasant stay and really appreciated the flexibility on changing our end date several times! Can't beat the location. Wifi is really strong, comfortable bed and everything you need in a compact space.
