“Place is amazing. Slight broken fixtures but other than that, it was great. Check-in instructions, while they appear to be straightforward, the actual process is unnecessarily cumbersome. Response is very slow and when you get someone , they suggest another department to get in touch with you that does not get back. Amenities are amazing as well.”
