“This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommend. Incredibly well stoked, thoughtful, clean, easy, steps from the beach, private, easy to get to Monterey / Carmel but removed enough to feel like your own oasis. Hot tub under the stars. Gorgeous beach. Great grill. We were a bit worried about the no AC review, but there are fans in the rooms now and we never felt too hot. Kind, thorough communication throughout. We really loved our time here and hope to be back someday!”

“Beautiful location on the dunes with easy access to the beach. Pretty easy to get down to Monterey to explore the aquarium etc. Nice to have access to the tennis courts and private hot tub. We had easy communication regarding check in with a call and text ahead of time to make sure we didnt have any problems getting in. The place was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the fog was quite thick the whole time we were there so didnt get to see sunset and it was a bit cold to spend much time outside on the beach etc. Would certainly stay again when the weather is a bit better.”

“Wonderful property on the sand dunes in Moss Landing, perfectly located near Salinas, Monterey, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. The hosts are incredibly helpful and walked us through check-in over the phone. The house is beautifully renovated, well-stocked, and the bedrooms feature very comfortable beds. We loved the easy ocean access and the private hot tub with outdoor seating. The beach is not swimmable, which was fine for us. Our only issue was that there is no AC and no fans were provided; it got a bit muggy one night, so adding fans would be a great upgrade. Overall, a fantastic stay that deserved a few extra nights!”
