“We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the beach. I love that they had bikes available for use in the garage. We'd happily stay here again on a future visit. The only odd thing was having to upload my drivers license and a selfie photo to a 3rd party website and sign a rental agreement. I've never had to jump through those hoops for an Airbnb rental before so that was new to me and took a bit of back and forth with the 3rd party to get my reservation request approved.”

“We were very excited to stay at this location. We booked the place and then were constantly bombarded with requests to upload a photo of my ID and a selfie to a random website before I was allowed access to the house. There was no information about this in the house description so it felt like I was forced into this. I refused because AirBnB already verified my identity so there was no need for them to have my ID. What’s the point of booking through AirBnB if I need to confirm my identity again? I fought them on it and eventually they said I didn’t need to upload my ID and to ignore all future requests to do so. Then on the day of checkin, an hour before checkin, I get a call from the manager of Casago…after I had already talked with 3 other employees…saying she is canceling my reservation because I didn’t upload my ID to a random website I had never heard of. This is a horrible large management company based out of state. The opposite of what the central coast is all about.”
