“We were very excited about our stay and on the day of as we were approaching the property they canceled on us. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and such a huge disappointment. Though they were very apologetic about it it was out of their control as the owner had canceled our reservation. However, this is just unheard of and very disappointing as we were a family of six on our way there On the other hand, Airbnb is amazing. They stepped in and took responsibility, giving us a huge coupon and finding us another place to stay so my big handclap review goes to Airbnb.”
