“In general very nice and clean apartment. Would absolutely recommend and give 5 stars. Just a few things especially with the engaged but sometimes irritating customer service made the trip just a bit less enjoyable. I told Blueground one month before arrival that I need a parking spot and wanna add that to the booking. The customer service told me it’s not a problem and I should just send the License plate on the day I arrive. I did that and they told me they have no parking spot planned for me and I need to go to a public parking lot and they check for it on the next day (which they did). On the check out I left everything like the checkout instructions wanted me to do and got a message from customer service that one key is missing and that I might have to pay 150$ extra. After I showed them both check in and out pictures and they saw it was the same keys they apologized and let it go. But besides these annoying things the apartment itself is nice, cozy and I enjoyed the stay.”
