“We needed a last-minute place to stay, and this home was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. While we encountered a few cleanliness issues upon arrival, the host was highly responsive and made things right immediately. Appreciate the quick communication and the great amount of space!”

“We got to the airbnb and it Was not clean, trashes were full, all the towels were dirty on the floor, they were crumbs in the beds. Sticky stuff on the floor, sticky stuff on surfaces like spilled drinks. Sliding glass door screen was off. We had to wait two hours for them to send cleaners. Then we were confined to lower level of house while upper level was cleaned. Then we were confined to upper level of house while lower was getting cleaned. I thought it was reasonable to ask for a partial refund. But they ignored me.”
