“Was everything we expected and close to places we wanted to visit like Yosemite and Mariposa. The area was really nice and 2 parks real close for the kids. Overall the stay was great and the house felt like at home. Highly recommend.”

“Our stay here was great! Easy check in, close to the University of Merced where my son was graduating. Full amenities, beds were extremely comfortable. Only issue the A/C flow was low in the 3rd bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect! 😊”

“We booked this Airbnb because the fenced-in yard and extra space seemed ideal for our two young children, and it included a garage to keep the car in at night. Additionally, the price seemed reasonable. The home is located in a nice neighborhood next to a park and looks appealing at first glance. However, after staying, we realized it is cheaply set up and poorly maintained. Issues: • Our car got stuck in the garage because the door wouldn’t open. • The yard was not maintained, with massive ant hills, spider webs, and either dead or overgrown grass. • The corners of the house were dirty, with spiderwebs, spider eggs, and we encountered several roaches. • Wires were hanging out of damaged conduits. • Several doors did not latch properly. • The mattress was a cheap foam type that offered no support and caused us to sink in. While it might be fine for someone without kids who just needs extra space, at this price point, I would recommend saving the money and booking a motel inste”
