We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the very peaceful and beautiful walkable neighborhood. The sunset views were incredible and deer passed through the yard in the mornings. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of clutter and plenty of space to arrange your belongings. The kitchen was clean and stocked. There wasn't any foil or plastic wrap. Just a note: The house has lots of stairs. There's an upstairs and a downstairs with separate living areas. The listing didn't show what bedrooms and bathrooms were on the 2 floors specifically. Not a problem as we only used the upper level, but if stairs are difficult for you, just take note as the listing didn't describe the layout well (in my opinion). It looked as if the house was pretty much all one level. Loved that we had a very small list to do at checkout. All in all, it was a great stay with a very peaceful neighborhood.

View is nice. But the house is really worn out, inside and outside. Interior is very tired. Also the exterior, but that's not the main problem. The problem is, it could've been cleaned better. Hair left in the bathroom, dust in some places, and the exterior is incredibly dirty. I don't think the yard or the fence windows were cleaned in the last 3 years. When you seat in the hot tub, you can see the fence windows that are very dirty. Google maps address was not correct, so without internet (because there's no connection in the area), you cannot really find it, unless you count the houses number. Anyway, definetly not worth the drive to here, or the price. Very disappointed.

This is a beautiful home in an even more beautiful setting! It has a breathtaking view and waking up to sounds of gentle waves was so calming. The home itself lived up to the pictures, although it could use a fresh set up paint and some updating of the toilets. We throughly enjoyed our stay otherwise and would visit again.

Beware Texans - no air conditioning- BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED IT. We opened the windows and breathed in the coastal cool/cold fog/air (I had to close them in the morning as it was too cold in the house - in August). Great vistas - we enjoyed all amenities - pool - hot tub - ping pong table - bbq grill. It was nice visiting my son (starting a new life in CA). We visited many beautiful beaches close to the villa. Clean and roomy ( my daughter, son in law and beloved grandson also visited). Days later I still miss the place and the family reunion.

Such a beautiful home and location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great for a full family stay and very private. Well-stocked. The decor is very eclectic—a combination of maximalism and photography of international faces.
