“We have found our dream spot in South Bay. The perfect combination of location, vibe, and comfort. The home is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen, relaxed living spaces, and everything you need to feel right at home (including foosball and pool table, great laundry room, amazing shower water pressure, and so much more). Positioned right on beach less than two blocks from the beautiful MB pier (literally steps from the sand), the house is walkable to everything and the sweeping views are continuously breathtaking from the enormous windows and the decks. Rico was fantastic and easy to work with. I’m always so grateful for hosts who treat guests with genuine kindness, more than just a business. He was clear with his instructions, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxed home where you can really decompress, this is the place for you.”

“What a fantastic property - literally couldn’t ask for a better location on Manhattan Beach/Strand. Not very often you get access to such a nice home and remarkable property. Rico was outstanding with in-stay communications and follow up to make sure the stay met expectations. Our daughter just moved to Hermosa Beach so this will be a new go-to for long weekend visits when available (hopefully I’m not creating more competition with this review :)) 10 out of 10.”
