“Better view than the photos. Clean and stocked with necessities. Host provided clear and helpful instructions proactively. Easy walk to 3 beaches and 1 restaurant. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon were so great to have. Definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Poipu.”

“This was our second stay, and we are so grateful to have been able to return. The communications and considerations were once again top notch. We enjoyed the spacious living room and dining area, as well as the expansive grassy lawn. Perfect for our 2 year old.”

“Where do I begin? This place is amazing. I’m sure there are a lot of homes in Kauai with stunning views but this house has to be in the top 5! The home looks BETTER than the pictures (which seldom is the case). We felt right at home and wanted to stay longer. The pool and the yard was such a win for us. The beds were so comfortable, water pressure superb and lots of extra linens. Truly magical. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach, featuring a very tasteful design. Waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was truly special. Our family stayed for three nights. We originally planned for seven guests, but my sister-in-law had to leave a few days early for work. As a result, each of the three couples enjoyed a private bedroom with a king-size bed. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Many thanks!”

“This is a wonderful location!!! A quick walk to the beach no fighting traffic or trying to find a parking spot!! This house has everything we needed and even though the pool is for more than this house it feels like a personal pool! The host and the stay were a dream thank you so much!”

“The property was not at all as advertised, pool was not cleaned, and interior had a lot of maintenance issues. Luxury is not the appropriate way to describe this property, it was not private at all and had over 10 other properties looking right into it. Linens were very outdated, beds had stains, showers were full of grime, and kitchen drawers did not even have handles. Very outdated and very overpriced, highly recommend staying at the Hyatt on the island compared to Kauai airbnbs, as most appear overpriced for the provided conditions. After several attempts to work with owner regarding cancellation prior to even checking-in, host was very hostile & defensive about property condition and cancellation requests. Tried our best to avoid a bad experience, but alas, they now have to deal with the repercussions of not being a sensible and friendly host.”

“Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The view from the house was absolutely spectacular, especially from the lanai, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. The location was excellent it was very quiet and close to both the beach and town, which made everything convenient and accessible. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us and offered many great amenities and thoughtful touches. The king beds in each bedroom were also very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. One thing that could be improved was the mid-stay cleaning, or even just a refresh of towels, which we were expecting. We were told they would get back to us regarding this, but unfortunately, they never did. Additionally, the air conditioning was only available in the main living area and not in the bedrooms, which could be uncomfortable at times. However, the rooms did eventually cool do”

“Poipu is great, and this apartment is nice. Everything else was bad. COCKROACHES in the house in the silverware kitchen bathroom living room. They did bring traps and spray when we told them. They told us we could use the pool, then changed mind. They tried charging an external security deposit though against airbnb rules. They offered to refund 10% due to roaches in the house, then ghosted me. Stay away”
