“The condo was wonderful! Nicely updated with nice furniture, appliances. The king sized bed was very comfortable with a real mattress that was high quality. For a one bedroom and one bath with a pull out sofa there was plenty of room for 4 people. Nice and quiet location. It has a walk in shower and ADA toilet which I appreciated as I had recently had a hip replacement. Andy was very attentive to any needs we might have had and his instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!”

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect—within walking distance of Canyon Lodge and close to plenty of great restaurants and activities, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt right at home and really appreciated how well maintained everything was. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!”

“First I would like to say WOW! This place checked all the boxes for me and my family! Simply rented vacation rentals always had time to respond to us no matter time of day. Place was beautiful and the fact that they had a private patio on top of a very nice place was the icing on the cake. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a very nice meal! I had nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb. If you want to get away with the family or even a romantic getaway this place will make the experience worth it! Absolutely an amazing place! Will definitely rent here again. Thanks for a wonderful visit/vacation!!”

“This was a great property. Location was great. I rented in the summer to use as a base camp for fishing and as niche as this sounds, the high ceilings were really convenient for 9’-10’ fly rods. In the winter, it would probably be awesome for a ski trip next year since it’s so close to Canyon Lodge. It’s also just about a 10 minute drive to the grocery off Old Mammoth road. The host was very responsive and proactive. Andy always checked in to see if everything was going fine. Absolutely worth the stay.”
