“Such a great space for our group of six to spend a week in Park City in August. Everything was as pictured & described & was clean & ready for us ahead of check in. Andy from Simply Rented was communicative & responsive throughout the process. We love the Prospector Park area for daily walks & runs on the Rail Trail & easy access to some favorite restaurants. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to use as their base for all that Park City has to offer.”

“The condo was wonderful! Nicely updated with nice furniture, appliances. The king sized bed was very comfortable with a real mattress that was high quality. For a one bedroom and one bath with a pull out sofa there was plenty of room for 4 people. Nice and quiet location. It has a walk in shower and ADA toilet which I appreciated as I had recently had a hip replacement. Andy was very attentive to any needs we might have had and his instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!”

“The condo was very clean, comfortable, and close waking to many areas. There was a bus stop one block away that took us right to Deer Park for free. The bed was comfortable too! We cooked most days and it had everything you need including a grocery store in walking distance or very quick drive. The only negative was the community washer/dryer was not easy to use and nearly lost our money until I banged the machine around for 5 minutes. However, the owner is working with management to fix the issue. The Simply Rented was very responsive and easy to communicate with.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. The AC machine in the bedroom worked very well, so it wasn't too hot. Very easy check in and check out and very responsive host. Enjoyed the area more than I realized, and the building backs right up to the Sheraton fire pits and bar, which was a great extra amenity not listed in the description. Comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and a nice deck with a little dinner table.”

“We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The host was super responsive and very friendly! The home is GORGEOUS! It was a quick trip to SLC and Provo but the weather was way cooler and more enjoyable here! The kitchen is well stocked. One of the best stays we’ve ever had.”

“First I would like to say WOW! This place checked all the boxes for me and my family! Simply rented vacation rentals always had time to respond to us no matter time of day. Place was beautiful and the fact that they had a private patio on top of a very nice place was the icing on the cake. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a very nice meal! I had nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb. If you want to get away with the family or even a romantic getaway this place will make the experience worth it! Absolutely an amazing place! “Our family enjoyed our stay at the Simply Rented Vacation Rental’s property in Homestead, Utah just a few minutes from Park City and Heber Valley. The property is beautiful and easily accommodated our large group. The home is in pristine condition with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, was well appointed, and had plenty of seating at the large table. Our guests enjoyed the mountain views from the front deck and watching the sunrise over Jordanelle Reservoir from the back patio. Andy was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. We recommend this property and would stay there again given the opportunity.”

“This was a great property. Location was great. I rented in the summer to use as a base camp for fishing and as niche as this sounds, the high ceilings were really convenient for 9’-10’ fly rods. In the winter, it would probably be awesome for a ski trip next year since it’s so close to Canyon Lodge. It’s also just about a 10 minute drive to the grocery off Old Mammoth road. The host was very responsive and proactive. Andy always checked in to see if everything was going fine. Absolutely worth the stay.”
