“House is clean tidy and very picture perfect. The issue is comfort. The house was 89 degrees apron arrival. No big deal open the back door and put on a fan… well no fans and the ac units are put in such a spot they can’t move or they leak water on the wood floor… other then that the kitchen is set up not to cook in , just for looks. Fine by me we went out and ate anyway . I loved this place wish it had some fans and the ac units could move”

“My wife and I stayed in the guest house for two nights. It was isolated in the hills of Malibu. We experienced a peaceful atmosphere which is what we wanted. The unit itself is very comfy and simple. I’d say the only drawback for anyone that would book this place is the road leading to the unit. It’s about 15min away from the pch so just be prepared to make that trip up a serious incline/decline where you have to drive very carefully. You’d second guess going to the market for anything just to avoid the drive. However, if you go prepared then you don’t have to worry about that and you could enjoy the unit and the immaculate ocean views!!!! We loved how in every room you could see the perfect blue ocean. Malibu point is about 20min away which is where we hung out most of the time surfing. That was one of the many reasons we chose this place.”
