“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. The house itself was beautiful, modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was amazing and made it hard to leave. As someone who stays in Malibu often, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

“The house if very beautiful and clean. We greatly appreciate the hosts let us drop our luggage a little early. The property is very close to a grocery store which was amazing. Only thing to note is the listing mentioned it included a pack and play at the time I booked it. We also included the infant on our reservation details. However there was no pack and play at the property. When I I asked the host about this they told me I should have requested one. What bothered me about that is that no where in any communication or house manual was that noted. Since it was listed as an amenity, I expected it would be there. Instead of ordering us one or bringing us one, I had to DoorDash one and then submit a request through Airbnb for reimbursement.”

“The home was nice and stylish, location was decent. We had wanted to get an extention, they sent me the link, but booked with someone else before I could pay. Without any communication. So we had to move with two children and all our luggage. Find other accommodation. Also the home wasn’t clean there were cobwebs in bedroom and pool wasn’t clean. The home was stylish, but does need some TLC.”

“The initial booking process was a bit deceptive with the check in time and the rental company was pretty rude .. but the location was AMAZING and bigger than expected. It was absolutely gorgeous.”

“The setup of this home is perfect for a large gathering in Central LA. They nailed all the big things. Many bedrooms, a large living room, big dining room table, pool, a separate pool house, rooftop deck, multiple places to hang out, and all with modern furnishings. For these reasons alone I would stay here again. They could stand to improve the little things. For example, it can easily accommodate 10 guests but there is a tiny hotel-room style 5 cup coffee maker. The showers are modern but don’t drain well or the doors don’t close. There weren’t pantry basics like salt. All minor things but suggestions for improvements. My only real concern is that the listing doesn’t accurately display the location. It wants to seem closer to Wilshire and the Miracle Mile than it is. It’s still close, but about 10 minutes further than the listing indicates. The property ownership group is aware but is not interested in changing the listing. Overall though, I would stay again.”

“Great location, poor management. Sliders stuck, screens broken, master bathroom shower doesnt work, oven had issues. Gorgeous view, beautiful house, poor management company. Hope the owner updates their management agency and gives the house some tlc. It could have been great but not worth $$$ in its current state.”
