“Property manager was nice but the property had some issues. There were many bugs. Roaches and ants and it took a lot of work to keep them under control daily. Some areas of the home were not maintained and had broken parts. The home definitely has a lot of potential with some upkeep.”

“We unfortunately did not have a positive experience with this property despite the great views. Upon arrival we found ants, large bugs, spiders and cobwebs throughout the house, dirty surfaces, stained linens/towels, a dirty hot tub, and furnishings that were more worn than the photos on the listing suggested in our opinion. My wife even found a bug on the headboard of our bed. The host communicated professionally when we flagged these concerns and shared photographic evidency, but ultimately took approximately 6 hours to reply back, which we feel didn't meet the standard of quality and sense of urgency expected given the cost of the stay and the severity of the issues. My wife and I have used Airbnb for over a decade, and this was the first time we felt compelled to leave a critical review. I certainly hope these issues are addressed for future Guests.”

“It was a great location with amazing views. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Few things we had issues: * The floors were dusty when we got there, and the downstairs bathroom had some cobwebs/ spiders. It wasn’t gross by any means but needed more TLC * No hot water in the downstairs shower * Unable to get pool lights to work so couldn’t use at night * Little to no phone signal so I wasn’t able to ask questions to host via text Overall it was a good stay, just a few things that need to be worked out.”

“Great ocean view from balcony, living room, and master bedroom. The house is clean and tidy and has everything we needed. Listening to ocean sounds was relaxing.”
