“Location is ideal, a parking spot was invaluable allowing me to walk everywhere in Carmel. As an English traveller it would have been appreciated to have a couple of tea bags in the room - and some cutlery, at least a teaspoon for making hot drinks. Apart from that, the unit was ideal for my work stay.”

“-furnace pilot light was on in the middle of summer with temps up to 90. We called and sent messages for pilot light to be turned off. After several back and forth messages (some with rude tones) asking for help it was addressed. -beware if booking in the summer. There is no air. And lots of windows without blinds upstairs. And only two fans provided for the whole house -house is very old, dated and in need of maintenance and better upkeep. only half of the burners on the stove worked (not ok if the house is supposed to host up to 10ppl), shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken. Bathroom in the primary suite is entirely carpeted which is disgusting. Blinds missing/broken. Fob for garage door didn’t work. We brought up many of these issues but they were not answered or addressed by hosts -the listing used very obviously ai generated photos that depicted furniture that didn’t exist, decor that was different. Overall very disappointing stay. Would not rebook.”
