“Pros: Nice neighborhood. Felt safe. Quiet apartment complex and neighbors. Responsive managers. Very fair with deposit return. Street parking pretty close. Laundry on-site ($5.25 a load). Cons: Not fully cleaned, bedding had obviously not been washed for a while. One small parking spot, difficult to park in(between telephone pole and gate post). Dumpsters at complex were taken away randomly one day.”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Although the building itself looked a little dated, the interior was very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the keypad entry, as it was convenient not having to carry a key around. The only minor issue was that some of the dishes and utensils were not very clean when I first arrived. Other than that, everything was good.”
