Just Bring Your Toothbrush's guest rating of 4.55 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It was overall a very good experience. My only comments for improvement would be to have a Kuerig coffee machine and salt shaker. I would call again to stay there.”airbnb

“Despite a few minor maintenance touches, this was a great find, and I will book it again if I am in the area.”airbnb

“The unit was not in an acceptable clean state upon arrival. Dusty fans and vents, buildup on baseboards and walls, stains on the floors that seemed like residue from animals, and poor air quality with a musty smell. I spent my own time and money getting the unit to be in a liveable state after 2 "cleaning crews" came to wipe down surfaces but failed to address the concerns is raised. I was not compensated for the inconvenience at all. Additionally, the parking spaces are very small and difficult to maneuver. My car acquired some new scrapes from the gate during my stay. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, playgrounds, and other essentials however.”airbnb

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and overall a great place for a longer visit. The only drawbacks were a few missing kitchen essentials that are typically expected for extended stays, such as a blender and serving dishes. I did request these during our stay, but unfortunately they were not provided. Additionally, the designated parking space was somewhat difficult to maneuver in and out of. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here.”airbnb

“The location was excellent - 1 block from beach. The place was grungy - the front of stove and refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in a while. Many pans were caked with food but stored in cabinets as if clean. Bathroom shower glass was very dirty. Place had a musty smell. When it rained, water seeped through the kitchen window and formed a big puddle on the floor. Neighbors were noisy every night until quite late. Weekend noise from restaurants was very loud. Impossible to hear TV at times. Heater was useless. When I first arrived around 8 or 9 in evening, there was a car in my parking space. The number that JBYT gave for emergency contact was never answered and the person's voicemailbox mailbox was full. Eventually, I contacted someone at JBYT website, who did get me a parking spot for the night. Was able to get into the garage the next day but the neighbors parking there constantly took up part of my space - had to get out and move an ebike, almost every time I got into garage.”airbnb

“The location has no parking… not limited or difficult…. none. The closest nearby structure is a good distance walk across a busy major street, its not cheap and not easy to use. The location itself isn’t bad and could be a value If you don’t have a vehicle during your stay. I would give the owner a pass on my review, but I explained my situation in detail upon booking. I was housing my older parents for 5 days while having surgery. His only response was… “How many people and if I had a pet” . Maybe I should have looked closer at the details, but a little communication and hospitality would have gone a long way here. Hopefully my review brings closer attention to anyone considering a stay.”airbnb

“The location is good and convenient, which was definitely a plus. I understand that the price is not very high; however, the photos set expectations for a place in better condition than what I found. When I arrived, the apartment had some dust and a noticeable, unusual smell. The furniture and overall condition feel quite worn and in need of renovation — the sofas, in particular, have visible stains and show signs of age. I also found it inconvenient that there is an extra charge if you want to leave your luggage even one hour earlier than check-in. Overall, the place is functional and well-located, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are expecting a higher level of comfort or quality. Some updates and better maintenance would greatly improve the experience”airbnb
