“Stayed here twice. Nice looking place, good space, easy drive to-and-from Westwood & Beverly Hills (when not rush hour). Host has a very good, very responsive management & team. Unfortunately, too many problems with the unit—loud construction next door (closest to master bedroom) starting early in the morning, sometimes 7 days a week our entire trip. Unit wasn’t super clean from previous tenant’s dogs—hair, toys & smell. Biggest problem was when it rained outside it rained inside which amounted to weeks (this stay and last stay). The host offered us little compensation (less than 3 days and we’re still waiting for a refund on one of those days). There were other minor problems not worth mentioning. We would’ve considered renting again if the leak was permanently fixed and host had offered us better compensation.”

“We had a very nice stay. Our host was responsive and has a good team. Spacious, nice furniture and good amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay at this location again.”
