“Pet smell and hairs are all over. Not clean stains on furniture. I could not sleep or unpack and could cancel it in 2 days”

“Got there not like pics locked the door took 10 mins to lock. When I came back door wouldn’t open it was ghetto there. People screaming dogs barking smelled like mildew. Not as pictured. Couldn’t unlock door talked with hosts claimed someone was coming in 5 did not come so I asked for a refund since I didn’t feel safe. They refused and lied ghosted and hung up on me. I called air bnb support it took hrs to refund me even though the host lied and refused.”

“Great stay for our family of five. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed—and the space itself was very roomy, which made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. The home was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were responsive and easy to deal with throughout. Would definitely stay here again.”
