“As far as location goes, this house was perfect. The private beach and direct beach access are hard to beat, and if I were rating the property based on location and beach access alone, I would give it 5 stars. The house was clean and we appreciated that the bedding and linens were fresh and clean. However, the property could use some TLC. The furniture was stained and looked worn, and they did send someone out to clean it, it still didn’t feel as clean and fresh as we would have hoped. The AC on the main floor was also not working properly. Someone came out 2x, but it was never fully resolved. It was frustrating to spend part of our vacation communicating with the management company and having maintenance come in and out. The location and beach access really were the redeeming qualities of this property. The beach was beautiful and the view was incredible. We would absolutely consider booking this property again if the furniture gets updated and the home receives a little love.”
