“Fabulous family time. 1 block to beach. The place is much larger than we expected. What a bonus! That rooftop with cold plunge and sauna is awesome. The primary bedroom and bath is incredible. We had 4 adults and 2 kiddos and everyone enjoyed the stay. The 4 and 6 year olds called it a castle. Lots of stairs!! Very responsive concierge.”

“I was so happy in this space. Clean, colorful, safe and looks just like the photographs. Avant was a very responsive and kind host - I actually really enjoyed talking to them. Situated near a quiet neighborhood, this is a wonderful find for the area. Walking distance to two grocery stores, Starbucks, and food options. The only downside is noisy upstairs neighbors, which Avant is very honest about. I’d happily stay again.”

“The house was as beautiful as the photos. Very well designed, it nicely accommodated a group of 6 adults — space to be together and space to be apart. It would also be great for a family as it has a large master and one of the other three bedrooms has twin beds for kids. The pool area is a lovely place to sit in the shade, with lots of seating options. The neighborhood was great — walking distance to lively Melrose and to the LACMA and Motion Picture Academy museum, Peterson car museum, comedy clubs, restaurants, a farmers market and EreWhon. Finally, Avant was very responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend.”
