TUMO Stays in Long Beach, California

“We stayed with our two grandkids 4 and 3. The bedrooms were more than adequate, both bathrooms fully stocked, clean plenty big. There was a tub in one bathroom to bath the kids. Plenary of room in living space to enjoy playing games, watching tv, or just hang out. Enough sitting places for everyone, which is very important. lol. Backyard was especially great for the kids. We played “football” and just hung out. The neighborhood is very quiet, we took the kids around the block on their bikes numerous times, I recommend Waley Park, just down the road. My grandkids favorite. Plenty of room to park, and we did use the garage to store the bikes and do laundry. Definitely would stay there again.”

“Such a cute home in a lovely neighborhood! We appreciated the well-maintained outdoor space, and were pleasantly surprised to see Christmas decorations for our December visit. The comfy beds at the end of some busy days were so appreciated!”

“The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was so neat and well maintained.The home gets 5 stars, not the rental experience. My one complaint is the management company, TUMO Stays.I booked 3 months out to insure this nice rental and lock in my cost.With only 3 weeks left before my trip (2 MONTHS after I paid in full and booked) I get a random invoice for an ADDITIONAL $150.They messed up and didn't include a cleaning fee, AND they didn't disclose it in the initial listing on AirBNB. When questioned, their response was "oops, a system error, pay or cancel".Then they tried saying I was getting a discount because of the error.But it was NEVER disclosed, so I had no idea of ANY fee amount to begin with. I was told "All AirBNBs have cleaning fees, so pay it, or cancel". I assumed it was included in the rental amount & not a separate fee at booking. At that late date, I didn't have time to start looking again & felt like I'd been bait & switched & it was a ploy to look cheaper for booking”

“Absolutely loved our stay at this residence. Such a nice gem in LBC. The property was nice, very clean, very welcoming. The neighbors were really nice. The Home came with appliances and a nice big yard with plenty of furniture and a great ambiance to host. overall I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely be revisiting again in the future.”
