The Airbnb had some definite positives. The views were beautiful, the location was convenient, and the living space itself was very aesthetic. Parking is inconvenient if you’re traveling with a lot of belongings. The building itself is older and dated, and getting in and out requires keeping track of several different access methods/codes, I definitely recommend keeping everything organized and easily accessible on your phone. Our biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the middle of August. We ultimately checked out early and moved to a hotel because it was simply too uncomfortable. Opening the windows helped with ventilation and brought in slightly cooler air, but then we had to deal with mosquitoes and other bugs coming inside. Ultimately, while a beautiful aesthetic and great views are nice, we value comfort and cleanliness much more.

This property was a good find. It’s centrally located easy to travel to other surrounding destinations in the LA Area. Walking distance to the beach and has restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

i love this place so much i had a great stay with my mom. we both enjoyed the view of the apartment. the view from the apartment windows and balcony was spectacular! everything was very clean especially the bathroom, the jacuzzi was my favorite part. the water for the shower takes a while to heat up but it’s the best shower i’ve ever been in. i will be staying again.

We stayed here while on vacation to take my 11 year old son to the area theme parks. If you’ve ever been down to the area, you’ll know that Disney, Legoland, and Universal Studios are all in different directions and nowhere near each other. The Cooper Arms, which is like 3 blocks from the Long Beach water front, is very centrally located. The apartment itself is beautifully and retro-ly decorated, which is so great for the age of the building. All of the furniture is comfortable. Has all of the amenities you’ll need and the soaking tub is just what you need after a long day fighting the crowds in the parks. I really cannot recommend this apartment more. I actually have no negatives to list!
