“The house was as advertised. Geat location right on the canel. Very quite and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of rooms. The master suite is fantastic. The only "negative" comment i will make is the house is a bit dated in general. If anything the kichen appliances need upgrading. Thank you again.”

“We had a great stay at this beautiful property. We loved the location and watching the action on the canals, especially the gondolas. There are full bathrooms attached to each bedroom which was wonderful for our group. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future.”

“The home was perfect for the eight guests. All amenities listed were as described. Additional items we found helpful for our stay were beach chairs, beach toys for kids and other equipment available for outdoor sports. The area was safe and the people living in the community were friendly and helpful. This location was relaxing and allowed us to experience the Naples activity in the canal. From the upstairs bedroom one could see the expanse of the community and awesome sunsets. We had a great time.”

It was on the canal and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable. We hope to return in the future.”

“The home and neighborhood was so lovely and perfect for our group. We enjoyed walking to neighborhood bars and restaurants and we spent a lot of time at the house, watching people go up and down the canals. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having private bathrooms.”
