“The main issue was the description on the listing not matching with what the house offer . The master room has another room inside , no privacy . Downstairs there is a room that had curtains as a door and one of the bathrooms inside that “room” , that also didn’t have privacy. The house floor wasn’t really clean , the place where we were supposed to leave the trash was overflowing with other trash bags already . The heat during check in was awful and took a very long time to cool off the house .”

“Honestly our experience in this house did not match our expectations. When we arrived the house had a lot of faulty amenities. The house was dirty, dusty, there were stains in the bedsheets and towels and broken. The blinds didn’t work. The shower was faulty which was inconvenient since there were elders in our group. Fortunato the hosts were very responsive and comprehensive. We only stayed there 1 out of the 4 nights we booked. At least The beds and pillows were very comfortable.”

I could write an entire narrative, but after communicating with Airbnb and the host, I’ll keep it bulleted: - cockroach in bedroom - broken floor boards - stained dirty walls and floors - yard completely unusable - AC broken upon arrival - Garage door broken on arrival with unreasonable request to park multiple blocks down - unlocked broken door upon arrival - cannabis smell through home - trash remaining in the yard and home - poor draining sinks and bathtubs forcing us to stand in 5 inches of water - poor electrical circuits and blown fuses - kitchen extremely bare boned for 13 guests - so much more After discussing with Airbnb/host, there’s little to do to compensate for this. Therefore I would recommend that guests choose a different listing. When you pay thousands of dollars, you expect the atleast the bare necessities to be met. This place couldn’t meet that. I NEVER leave bad reviews and am a reasonable renter - this place shocked me.”
