“The house worked great for our family of 8 people. We didn't have time to use the backyard pool but we enjoyed the views every day and night. The neighborhood was lovely and easy to get to Chapman University for us. Jerry and team were very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you!”

“Had a nice 11 days stay with a great host! Pros: The view, great host, tons of space, very quiet and safe neighborhood, relatively close to activities, comfortable beds, again great views! Cons: broken tiles in just about every room, furniture old and some stained, gym equipment doesn’t work (the treadmill does but very old), pool table old and poor condition, dirty carpets, some lights and switches do not work. Overall, had a good stay for our trip. With a few fixes and updates, it would be a great property. Thanks again, Jerry!”

“The home has a breath taking view! With that, we were surprised and disappointed when a rule sent to us after booking was not to be outside after 8pm. The home was clean and functional, however it is dated and needs a little updating particularly the bathrooms and flooring. We appreciated the ability to park in the garage with warmer weather and not having to get into a hot car. The team was responsive to any questions that we had and accommodated an early check in for us.”

“We were in town for my Mom's Memorial service and wanted a place that was central and spacious enough for the family to come back to hang out. The house fit those needs very well. It had everything we needed to cook in and was close enough to lots of great restaurants. The rooftop deck was bonus and drinking my morning coffee surrounded by greenery and birdsong was a great way to start the day. Jerry was amazingly responsive when we had questions and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely go back!”
