“I first tried to find resolution with the property management company before leaving my review. This home has a very severe spider problem. In our 3 day stay, we encountered 14-15 spiders inside, all larger than a quarter. One spider was even found on the wall to the right of our bed when we woke up in the morning. It was very difficult to rest as a result of this issue. A spider also made its way into our suitcase and hitched a ride home with us. This home desperately needs an exterminator and cleaning. Spider webs were found inside and outside. We spent a lot of money to stay here for the New Years weekend and, unfortunately, it was not what we hoped for. I contacted the owner of the property management company who promised to get back with me within 48 hours, but that did not happen. When I did not hear back, I followed up with an email, but received no response. I called the property management company again and the owner blamed his staff for not getting back to me.”
