“Thank you for the great experience at this home. Such a nice neighborhood and we really appreciated the fast response time when we needed something, had a question or wanted to extend our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to other families.”

“The property is quite dated & did not have the amenities we've had with many other rentals. The kitchen had a bare minimum of dishes & glasses & was not well maintained (water filter needed replacement). There were only a few towels. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. The biggest issue was ants. 15 days into our 30 day stay, ants appeared in the kitchen & master bath (we killed more than 100 ants in 1 day in the kitchen). When we reported it to the maintenance/management company (Month2Month) there was no response until 3 days later when they offered to send us some ant spray. After I told them this was unacceptable, they offered to send a pest control service 3 days later (6 days after our initial complaint) to spray inside the home. In summary, we were very disappointed in the condition of the (Guesty) property & the lack of responsiveness from the management company (Month2Month). It was a poor value for the price. We would not rent a property from either again.”
