“Walkable, close to the beach, easy parking, comfortable accommodations — what more could you ask for? My wife and I and our four kids have stayed here two years in a row, and we plan to be back next year for our third.”

“The location is excellent - on the quieter side of Laguna, close to the trolley, and a quick drive to Salt Creek Beach. Management was attentive and quickly handled several issues, including a broken outdoor table and a TV that needed replacement. Although the listing states there is no A/C, it did not prepare us for how hot the home became during July. From around 3 p.m. until late evening, the heat was almost unbearable, and the two tower fans provided little relief. Sleeping was especially uncomfortable. I worked remotely from the home for a month and stayed with two children, so this significantly affected our experience. The home and furniture were weathered, the pullout couch had no sheets, and ants from the deck regularly came inside. I did not report the missing sheets or ants during our stay because I wanted to enjoy our remaining time rather than troubleshooting with management. The extensive off-platform rental agreement also felt disproportionate to the property’s quality.”

“We loved the location that was walkable to shops, restaurants, & the beach! The home was clean and inviting. Appreciated the Ac in a beach community especially during the rare heatwave that was happening while staying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Laguna!”

“Excellent location! Cannot beat where this BnB is located. We had such a great time with our family, very peaceful. Couple points for future guests: It is rather bright in the morning and the shutters in the bedrooms are not sufficient. Blackout shades would be beneficial. Our stay was late July and very sunny in general. The trash collection could be heard, but it didn’t wake our kids. We walked everywhere, if you have kids - bring scooters. We enjoyed this so much while we visited. Layout of the BnB was excellent with two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We are pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness. The BnB could benefit from deep cleaning the floors. Overall though, we felt comfortable. It did not impact our enjoyment at all. We had a wonderful time and will likely book again. We definitely recommend.”
