“We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! Cleanliness is very important & this host truly demonstrated their professionalism. The cottage was clean, with new or newer towels & bedding, & everything needed was provided. The split AC unit did a great job of cooling the entire cottage, which made coming back after a day at the beach especially comfortable. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit & on the cozy outdoor furniture. The location is amazing. It’s literally right on the main highway, making it very convenient to get around, & it’s close to the free coastal trolley stops. The beach is only about a 5-min walk away. We went around 9 AM on a weekday and practically had the entire cove to ourselves! It was also reassuring to see a lifeguard stand there. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues: the walk back from the beach can be challenging since the beach is located along a cliffside & requires going back up either stairs or a fairly steep road.”

“Michael's place was exactly as described. The photos were accurate. It was a great retreat for my husband and I. We parked our car when we got there and didn't get in again until we left. We walked to beaches every day and took the trolley into town and to dinner each night. I highly recommend this AirBnb and hope to be back myself in the near future.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Laguna Beach! Michael was an excellent host—very accommodating, professional, and always quick to respond. We really appreciated his time and everything he did to make our stay comfortable. The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location close to the water. We absolutely loved our stay! Our only small complaint is that it can get a little warm throughout the place, even with the fans and windows open. That said, the bedroom was like a little ice chest of comfort—so nice and cool! Thanks again for everything, Michael. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll absolutely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amazing week at 775 Gaviota! Was a perfect setting literally on the beach with a fun wave out front, easy two block walk to downtown Laguna. House was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, Michael was a helpful and communicative host. Will definitely come again!”
