“Absolutely gorgeous! We arrived during a heat wave & the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Keep in mind access to the unit from the driveway is up three flights of stairs which could be problematic for some people. The kitchen is pristine with all the amenities needed for meal prep. Bedrooms are super comfortable. Parking is conveniently located on the driveway in front of the home which is helpful due to how busy the area around the home becomes. There is easy walking access to the beach & a very cute French Bistro nearby for coffee. Downtown is a short drive away. It was easy to communicate with Michael. Any questions were answered promptly. His home guide was very helpful. The area around the home is busy but the unit is quiet and peaceful. We used the patio for morning breakfasts (yay French Bistro!) and enjoyed the ocean view. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home & would definitely come again. Thank you Michael for a beautiful and memorable stay in San Clemente!”

“We just stayed at Michael’s place for a wedding at Ole Hansen this weekend. It was a perfect place and perfect location for all the activities. The place was absolutely amazing!! Very clean, a lot of space and fit the description listed. The beds were comfortable and we loved the balconies. We really appreciated the beach gear so we could spend time at the beach with out worrying about towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. a great addition. Lastly, communication was easy with Michael. He always responded quickly and that made things easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!”
