“We enjoyed our stay. The home is a great location and short walk to the beach. It was very peaceful with a fabulous view of strawberry fields, few neighbors, and the hot tub was a big plus. We also greatly appreciated that our dog could join. The home is very bright, spacious and very comfortable beds. Communication with property management was great. We had a few challenges with ants, lots of ticks in the yard which made the yard not as usable, and was disappointed with the starter kit for essentials which meant that you had to purchase your own if it runs out (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc).”

“My family and I vacation every year in La Selva. We love the area and it’s always a relaxing stay. This home was wonderful to stay in with lots of room. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the owls that live in the trees behind the home. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This house is a great vibe. We were invited into the world of the Great Horned Owls who live there...they were gracious hosts. The beautiful beach is across the street. Its a perfect place for a group to enjoy the coast. One of the cleanest and best hot tubs out there. If you are a cook, bring everything, great kitchen, not stocked though. Safe travels and consider this jewel overlooking the valley and farms.”

“My husband and loved staying at this home with our two older teen sons and our dog. The house was beautiful, with lots of windows and lights It had convenient access to the beach (5 min walk) and was a 10 minute drive to the shops. The sound of the ocean was lovely. The outside area was wonderful, two (fenced) acres on a slope with winding paths and a view out over fields. There was dog run which was also really useful to let our dog outside at anytime. The owners gave great notes on things to do near by and to check our dog for ticks (wise advice) There was a huge downpour the first night and the power went out for 3 hours, but the owners had lots of flash lights and back up lights in case of this and we felt safe and comfortable. I totally recommend :)”
