“We really enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular!!! Access to the beach was perfect. Communication was great when needed. We liked this place a lot and if we visit this area again would for sure stay here.”

“Great location to stay on La Selva beach. Kitchen well supplied with appliances! Sleeping arrangements are tight for adults sleeping downstairs, but the convenience to the beach is unbeatable. Lots of stairs so not recommended for mobility limited individuals.”

“This location is beautiful-could have been a fantastic experience but BEWARE - no climate control so everything is damp; 3rd floor is especially hot; most windows have no screens allowing bugs and who-knows-what to fly into room when ventilating and creating a security issue if left open while out (and creating oven-like conditions especially on the 3rd floor if closed all day); sliding door has no screen; window coverings are roller shades (including one over the sliding door to the deck) that do not operate smoothly and do not go up all the way; washing machine has active mold so laundry room fan (the only working fan in the unit) had to be kept on to mitigate mold smell; kitchen garbage contained other peoples food and garbage when we checked in; some towels were dirty; downstairs bed had only a fitted sheet (no flat sheet) covered with a stained comforter; there were no tissues in the home. This has potential to be the luxury rental it claims to be with some much needed upgrading.”
