“Overall a nice house with great potential. If they invested a little into the property, it would be amazing. Finding the place was a little hard, as both Google and Apple Maps wanted to take us through gates we couldn’t access. Once we arrived, the AC wasn’t working properly in the kitchen and one guest room(and it was 106 outside). Once we looked around, there was a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling in the bar area, and one missing from the bunk room. The main slider would not stay closed unless it was locked, causing us to have to go through the master bedroom to access the pool. No directions to operate the arcade game, and electrical wires hanging from the awning out back. The couch showed its age. The host was responsive, and sent a maintenance guy out. When he arrived the morning after we checked in, the air was working, he adjusted the slider (still hard to operate) and repaired the smoke detecters, although it continued to beep, causing me to remove it again.”

“Our stay was okay. The owners were very responsive if anything was needed, but pictures did not match the actual representation of the place. The golf game in the entrance does not work, the tv in the bunk bed room did not work, the slide of the pool needs to be plastered as there is no sliding to it, the tiles on the side of the pool and in the top waterfall have fallen off or are in the process of falling off, there is no actual basketball hoop, the garage does not actually fit 2 cars inside, and the golf cart garage does not fit a 6 seater cart.”

“This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is absolutely unbeatable, up against the hillside with beautiful mountain views and just steps from one of the community pools and spas. It felt peaceful and private while still being incredibly convenient. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with multiple pools, fountains, walking paths, and resort-style amenities that made every day feel like a vacation. It's also right next to la Quinta resort which made dinner reservations at Adobe Grill that much better. The villa was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee with mountain views, afternoons by the pool, and evenings soaking in the peaceful desert atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a golf trip, a girls' weekend, or simply a relaxing desert escape, this property is the perfect home base. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!”
