“We had a wonderful stay! Aaron was very helpful and responsive and the home was in a beautiful area close to San Diego. Home was very clean and inviting. This stay made our trip!”

“Host was fair and let me know that AC wasn’t working on the day of our check-in and offered the full refund in the case we chose to cancel. That was nice and I appreciate it! We chose to stay as it was already too late to find another place. He told me that the next day workers will come at 8 am to install new AC. They came at 9 am instead of 8 am, which isn’t hosts fault, but they stayed in the house until 10 pm, and basically completely disturbed our privacy and plans for that day. When they left, I had to clean after them which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As my family and me had to leave around 5 pm, I had no choice but to leave them inside with all of our belongings which was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I texted the host about it and they issued us a refund for a 1.5 nights. Day before we left they had Gardner coming to do some work, texted me an 1 hour before, and I didn’t like it-it could’ve waited after we left, as it wasn’t an emergency.”

“We had a fantastic stay! Two families, four kids including infants, and everything was comfortable. The home was spotless, with beautiful interior finishes. Plus, the valley view from the hill was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend it for families.”
