“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Loved how close it was to the beach and it was great for our family trip.”

“We knew the listing had no AC, but the temperature inside was completely unbearable. We checked in Wednesday to a closed-up house with no fans running and only one box fan. We couldn’t spend time there, so we stayed out until bedtime, when it was still difficult to sleep. Management offered a portable AC and fans without mentioning a fee. After we accepted, they said the AC would cost $150. They eventually provided it at no charge, but only after repeated back-and-forth, and it didn’t arrive until Friday evening. The TV never worked, despite a promise to repair or replace it. The advertised beach chairs and umbrella were missing and never provided. We checked out with both issues unresolved. Communication and customer service were poor throughout. I spent more of my vacation going back and forth with management than enjoying it. This stay was deeply disappointing, and I would not book another property managed by this company.”

“Great Airbnb unit. Has everything you need with a couple minutes from la joya village. It has a modern look with a beach vibe. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the management company was absolutely terrible. During our stay we wanted to use the BBQ but the propane tank was empty. We tried contacting the management, however nobody really knew what to do or how quickly they could remedy this, so we went out and exchanged the propane ourselves. Now over a week later, still no reimbursement for our troubles even though the receipt was sent to their main phone number as well as an agent's direct cell phone. We'd certainly recommend this place, just beware and check all items that you plan to use to avoid any issues.”
