“Where to start… Patio furniture is uncomfortable and old. Umbrella was broken and basically unusable. 2nd master bedroom mattress is awful, extremely old and worn out and sinks in. Overall cleanliness could be better. Tape on the walls from prior guests and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The grill was dirty and ran out of propane cooking our first meal. And the last thing was an experience with a neighbor (unit 317)that was extremely intoxicated approaching us with all our babies/kids cussing us out for making a mistake of parking our paddle board on the pier to long (we were playing on them 5 min prior waiting for other guests to come hop on them next). Checkout day the power went out while trying to pack up and clean. This is a beautiful property but there are a few things that could be improved for the cost you pay to stay here.”

“We've been going to Kings Beach for many years around the same time of year. We had a cabin we would use for years, but that was no longer available. We used a different one last year, which was nice, but not really what we wanted. So we tried this place. It was great. Loved the big deck and the space of it. Very clean. Very comfy couch. AC was a delight. Communication was great, responses to texts were pretty quick, though there really wasn't much to communicate about as the place was really well kept up. We had a minor issue with the TV, but it was sorted out quickly. LOTS of kitchen utensils, pans, pots, etc. Quite frankly the best quality pans we've had at ANY AirBnB. (That's how you know you're getting old). Not super thrilled about 4pm check in and 10am check out, but we made them work. And there is possibly some flexibility there if needed. We'll likely make this out yearly cabin for years go come.”

“Had a great time here! Would totally book again. Optimal location for Kings Beach, Tahoe treetop adventures obstacle course, even whitewater rafting! Kitchen is super nice and upgraded and bathrooms are also super clean.”
