Tahoe North Rentals in Kings Beach, California

“We loved this cottage at Kings Beach. Easy walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. We rented e-bikes one day. I did some fishing at Speedboat beach. We loved taking our dog to Patton Beach where she could play in the water off leash. We also rented paddle boats there and had a great day.”

“We stayed as a group of 8 in this rental and had the perfect time- listing is exactly as described for this great house. House is just a ~3 minute drive from Kings Beach restaurants and shops, a grocery store, and the lake. We had a blast with the pool table, deck, and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked as well! Highly recommend.”

“The home was beautiful. Only complaint is the AC only works for the last floor so the upper two floors got a little warm during the day. It’s conveniently close to town and the amenities were great if you have kids.”

“Nice home, however there are many areas for improvement. The day that we arrived our kids went to the bedroom with a bedbunk. The latter was so wobbly and there was a a piece to the bunk bed that fell on my foot that apparently was already broken. I relayed that to management and they did tell me not to worry about it. The faucet head to the bathtub was loose. The pans are absolutely terrible! Old burnt and scratched. I read previous reviews about this so i don't understand why they don't upgrade to better ones. Now this right here, we all felt it. The nails of the carpet poked through on some stairs and upon entering the kitchen. You can see in some areas that the carpet is lifting. For being a newer built, I didn't get why that was happening. The house was lovely and it did feel cozy, my children absolutely loved it. I would stay here again if they fix the issues i mentioned above. I wouldn't want to be in fear of being blamed for something that was already damaged/poorly installed.”
