Tahoe Mountain Properties in Kings Beach, California

“The location of this townhouse is prime, it was right on King’s beach (the quieter end) and provides private beach sectioned off from the rest of Kings beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and kids sand toys were provided as well. They really thought of everything a family with small children could need. The pizza restaurant next door was really good and perfect for kids pallet. And despite the prime location, the townhouse was relatively quiet, our younger one has an early bed time of 7pm and was not bothered by noises. The only constructive feedback we can give is, the floors of the townhome can be better cleaned. We followed the rules and didn’t wear our shoes indoors but our socks were dirty after the first night. It is a small thing and we would still recommend this property to others traveling with family.”

“I absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I walked in, the place was pristine and felt bigger than pictured. Each space is so thoughtfully designed and gorgeous. The house had so many thoughtful touches, from excess towels to spices in the kitchen. The location is phenomenal, in between Tahoe City and Incline Village, with the Safeway and Kings Beach only 5 minutes away. The condos themselves have access to a pool, sauna, and tennis courts. Plus, the owner was super responsive and proactive with instructions. I loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone!”

It is pricey but I think it evened out if staying somewhere cheaper with gas and parking fees it would have equaled staying here. I would love to see this property give some sort of military / veteran discounts. This place has everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!”
