“Great place”

“We recently stayed at this beautiful house in Truckee and had a wonderful experience. The home has an amazing lake view and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms also had all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our favorite spot was definitely the balcony — we spent so much time there enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and we would happily come back again.”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views, clean, comfortable. It snowed during our stay and it gorgeous. My kids loved the game room and were plenty entertained. Grandparents enjoyed the fireplace. There was plenty of towels and blankets. Only thing is the code to get in was wrong and so we had to get a new code. Host was responsive but not very genuine. When we got a new code it didn’t work. We had to use the garage code lock to get it. Apparently the batteries were going out on the lock. They sent someone to replace them the next day. But they didn’t apologize for any of this. Which is a little disappointing. Other than this our stay was great. My family really loved it.”

“Tahoe Mt Properties were incredible, best I've dealt with! We went in April with our 6 and 8 yos looking to find some snow, and they were super clever to advise different points (Donner Summit has snow behind the gate at the rest stop) and there is a Snow Play area next to Boreal that was perfect. Palisades is also open til end of April so we had the best of great 60 degree weather plus tons of snow play. The house itself is a 5-star rating as it is set up: spacious with gorgeous forest views from every room, and a great hot tub. Tons of blankets/bedding. Where it's lacking is it could easily be addressed: The master br shower creates leaks in the ceiling of the first floor--we weren't worried for our safety but it would drip. The kitchen plates were all huge and many chipped, so not family friendly. It would have been nicer to have more lighter and smaller items. This was not a well-stocked house...there were very few 'basic' kitchen items like you'll find at other places.”
