“Great stay in Kings beach. Nice location, close to the lake. Good sized house for a large group. Game room is nice but lighting could be better. Some utensils can use updating but basic necessities are all met. Grill in the backyard can use a professional clean - we decided not to use it. Overall had an enjoyable stay with good company and at a nice location. The house meets all the basic needs.”

“Overall, we had a good stay here. The hosts were very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. The location was definitely one of the highlights, it was walkable to the beach and conveniently close to nearby spots around North Tahoe. The home itself was a bit darker than expected and could have felt a little fresher upon arrival, but nothing that completely ruined the trip. I think some minor improvements to presentation and cleanliness would make a big difference. The hosts were great, the check-in process was smooth, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area. With that said, for my personal preferences, I’d likely choose a brighter and more renovated cabin next time I’m in the area.”

“Had a great stay at this little cabin in Kings Beach. Got to walk to the little town every morning and enjoy the view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. I loved the easy walk and how comfortable the cabin was. If I ever had a question Stacy was quick to respond. Great place for a weekend getaway.”
