“We booked this property for the lakefront location, and while the setting itself is beautiful, the stay was disappointing overall because of a major issue with the home. The water management system appears to be malfunctioning — about every hour the water shuts off and the system needs to be manually reset. At night, you either leave it on and deal with loud beeping that wakes everyone up, or turn it off completely, which means no dishwasher, washer, or even reliable bathroom use overnight. This is a significant issue that materially impacts the stay and should either be fixed or clearly disclosed upfront. Also for a property at this price point, the overall experience felt lacking. There were also no board games, cards, or books — small touches that are pretty standard in comparable Tahoe rentals. The location itself is excellent: right on the lake, private, and very convenient to Kings Beach. The views from the deck are great, and the home is spacious and comfortable.”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der beheizte Pool ist nach einer Wanderung einfach perfekt. Lage der Wohnung ist für Ziele Rund um Lake Tahoe super. Kings Beach ist ein kleiner süßer Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
