“It was good value for last minute need but I would not stay there again.”

“Was sent wrong access code and had to wait to a while to be sent a new code. Was sent wrong wifi code and had to wait for some time to get the correct one. The was NO pool card to access the pool so was UNABLE to take my kids swimming as was advertised Forgot a big speaker in the unit and have yet to hear how to get it back or if I even will be able to do so”

“Overall, the stay was decent, and the property was in a convenient location. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong unpleasant odor in the accommodation and also experienced problems with the internet connection. We reported both issues to the host on the day of our arrival, but unfortunately neither was resolved during our stay. While the property itself was acceptable, better attention to maintenance and more responsive issue resolution would significantly improve the guest experience.”

“You get what you pay for. It's a great deal considering its location to restaurants and the beach. Everything is walkable. However, it was so humid in the room that all of our stuff was wet all the time, including things that weren't wet to begin with. The vent in the bathroom was on some automatic sensor but only worked intermittently. There is also a window above the fridge in the closet area that is at eye level and anyone walking by can look into the room and see you getting dressed. There were a lot of spiders, but that's the be somewhat expected when you're so close to nature. The bed was comfortable but when we stripped the linens before leaving like we were asked, there were several large stains on the mattress and pillows. Overall, it's a great deal as I mentioned--good price and gets you a roof over your head and hot water to bathe. You just have to be ok with the other stuff.”

“Good: Great location. Cozy home with well decorated interiors and well stocked kitchen Not so good: The community is huge and it's not easy to locate the actual house if you arrive after dark. The address is for the main office which is like a block away and checkin instructions did not help. Wifi was useless and barely worked even after restarting the router and modem. One of the bathrooms did not have body wash bottle and the online support just mentioned to buy my own.”
