“Unit was nice and clean but not what I paid for. I asked for, and was sold a unit on the lake with a balcony. I was told this in writing. Unit had neither. No Balcony and no view at all. Unit was neat enough and property was OK. Pool was closed. I didn't expect that to be open. However I did expect what I was sold, specifically that: "the condo is a lake view unit with stunning views of the lake from the balcony" in messages with the host. After messaging upon check-in and waiting hours for a reply, management dismissed my request for a different unit on the lake with a balcony by saying they looked at pictures on the map and determined it was a "lake front unit".. When I sent photos of no view and asked about the non existent balcony, they stopped replying and I had to get AirBnB involved later that night. It took until the next day to get a partial refund. I booked a non AirBnB cottage on the lake and moved. I would not rent from this corporate owner again.”
